Sutton received a Bye into second round and drew Donabate in the 2nd round. We picked a strong team with 3 pairs at home and 2 away. The combined handicaps of each pair had to be 14 or higher and the format was match play foursomes off scratch.

Overall, the team played very well winning all 3 matches at home. Theses matches kicked off at 2.00pm with the away team not teeing off until 3.15pm. The away team did exceptionally well with one of the pairs 1 up and the other pair all square when called in.

The Winning score was 4-1 to Sutton. We have drawn Greenore in round 3 and this match needs to be played by 12 June.
